Regular exercise is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle. Not only does regular exercise help to maintain overall fitness and manage weight loss, it can lower the risk of many life-threatening conditions. Swimming,
cycling, jogging, walking or many other activities whether as a structured exercise program or as a part of your daily routine; add up to a healthier lifestyle.
All healthy adults ages 18-65 should be getting at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity activity five days of the week. However, in some cases it is better to exercise caution and seek expert help before embarking upon any new exercise regime.
